Exclusive appointment for our Existing Clients

As our UltraSim slide-and-turn doors approach 3,500 installations in 10+ years, we have expanded our team to include a service engineer dedicated solely to the service and maintenance of UltraSlim doors for our customers.

If you are an existing SunSeeker Doors customer with a service or maintenance requirement, complete and submit the service request form and we will take it from there.

You will be assigned a service reference which you should use when contacting us regarding your service request. Note also, that it’s always a good idea to keep your original sales order number in a safe place.

This service will launch on Monday 3rd May.

P.S. News update: we have also employed a customer services assistant to coordinate enquiries and appointments for installations and site visits.


As you may be aware, covid measures (lockdown, staff isolating and illness recovery, etc.) have posed difficulties for smaller companies that are determined to continue to provide a service and to keep their staff in employment. Of course, employees are also entitled to paid holidays (which were extended for isolation in some cases). It has been a very difficult time for management, who are also dealing with clients’ valid and often urgent problems. We are all hoping that the worst is over and that some normality is returning. It is in this spirit of optimism that we are making some positive changes and we thank all our customers, old and new, for supporting our business.
