Project on Listed Building in London

Ivy Ngeow Architecture and Interior Design undertook a project to remodel a Grade II listed cottage in Ladbroke Grove, London.

The main focus was to introduce some symbolic aspects of the property’s back story into the interior design remodelling and refurbishment through the natural wood ceiling, the green oak column in the rear glazing and ultra-slim profile black glazing frames on fully retractable glass doors plus the addition of expressed bolts and fixings in the beams forming the side glazing. Inside, there were new pitched ceilings and many other upgrades.
