Your excellent doors deserve their popularity

Many thanks for your two technical staff, Ryan and Tony, who came so promptly to my request for another look at our door.

They identified and fixed the mechanical problem(s) with the door and improved the cosmetic finish quickly and effectively.

I wanted to say that I was most impressed by their expertise, and the polite and considerate way in which they went about their business.

I hope that the virus crisis has not impacted you too severely. Your excellent doors deserve their popularity. In fact I have just passed on your details to a visiting friend who admired the patio door this afternoon!
