I have to comment on the team you sent – they turned up promptly, were incredibly polite, worked continuously, cleared up everything spotlessly, were very happy to explain what they were doing throughout, made sure we were happy with the work and demonstrated that all the repairs had been done perfectly, and did a fantastic job. I cannot speak more highly of their attitude and ability, they are a great testament to your company.

Just wanted to drop you a line to say thank you for the excellent service call yesterday.

Ryan was superb and very thorough. Door just needed a sharp edge smoothing off and the damaged runner replaced – but he checked over everything which was really appreciated.

They look absolutely incredible.

My builder, who was on-site while your engineers were fitting them, is also similarly impressed.  He also told me that they did a very quick job in putting them in place.

Many thanks for your two technical staff, Ryan and Tony, who came so promptly to my request for another look at our door.

They identified and fixed the mechanical problem(s) with the door and improved the cosmetic finish quickly and effectively.

I wanted to say that I was most impressed by their expertise, and the polite and considerate way in which they went about their business.

I hope that the virus crisis has not impacted you too severely. Your excellent doors deserve their popularity. In fact I have just passed on your details to a visiting friend who admired the patio door this afternoon!

Our Slide and Turn Doors have now been installed for six months so more than due for our product review.  Our door aperture was measured and installation date agreed, the Sunseeker team arrived on time and completed the installation. on schedule.  The doors are truly excellent and enhance our house, extension and garden beyond our expectations.  The very narrow sight-lines, pre-installed blinds and low threshold profile have been met with high praise and admiration from everyone who has seen them.  The doors are easy to operate and stack neatly when fully open.  Communication with the Sunseeker Team has been very good throughout  We thoroughly recommend these doors which are significantly better than bi-fold doors.
