Product Overview

Lift-and-slide doors work differently to standard sliders. When you turn the handle, the panel rises a few millimeters, breaking contact with the seals. You slide it along the track, smoothly, because there’s no compression, then turn the handle back to drop it into position and lock. This lets you use much larger, heavier panels without the drag you’d get from a regular sliding door.

The ASE 60 is well-suited to rear extensions, garden rooms, or anywhere you’re trying to dissolve the boundary between inside and out without sacrificing thermal performance or security.

Design and Configuration Options

You can specify the ASE 60 with one, two, or three tracks, which determines how many panels can slide and how much of the opening clears when fully open. Typical configurations range from simple two-panel setups (one fixed, one sliding) to multi-panel arrangements spanning the full width of a room.

The system accommodates fixed panels, panels that slide in one direction, or panels that stack to either side. If barrier-free access is needed, the level threshold (under 12.5mm high) can be specified.

Finish options include powder coating in any RAL colour, anodizing, or paint finishes. You can specify different colours for the interior and exterior faces.
